Five on Friday

This was a hard one to make happen considering we just got back from vacation and the hubs, aka T, is off work.  I will make it short and sweet.

-One: Something New-
I found a new picture app for my phone that I L.O.V.E.  It is amazing.
I also like Afterlight, but now this one I primarily use.
It is $1.99.

-Two: Inspiration-
I am so inspired by these images on Pinterest.
We have been looking at bedroom furniture, but we have expensive taste.
Honestly, I prefer a vintage decoration style, so I am dying over this old door turned into a headboard.
We are going to our local ReStore to see if we can snag a treasure.

-Three: Remember-
Sometimes I am guilty of getting caught up in what isn't going my way, what I don't have, etc.  I am a very blessed person and shouldn't have to be reminded of that, but when I need that reminder I simple need to stop, breathe, and look around.

-Four: Happenings This Week-
I blogged about our beach trip this week.
You can read about it here.

-Five: Product/s I Love-
There are two things that are a necessity for my arm.  My Pandora bracelet and a watch.  Here is my newest Fossil watch.  I have several watches that are more dressy/femanine, but I wanted something to put on with jeans and a casual button up.

    1. I hope I can be posting my own door headboard, but we'll have to wait until we find the perfect vintage door. :) I hope you have a great weekend, too!

  3. Those doors are awesome! I always see projects that feature old doors, but it's hard to find reasonably priced beat up old doors! It seems like they're always going for $100 or more.

    1. We have a Habitat for Humanity Restore here and they are really cheap, like $5-$10 dollars. However, they didn't have the panels that we wanted so we ended up ordering one from Lowe's that I am going to try to distress on my own. :)
