Five On Friday

Work has been INSANE the past week. Like the kind of crazy where you are thinking about your 2nd or 3rd glass of wine on Friday night and you haven't even made it to your first!

[ONE]
The peace that comes with being ready for work early and being able to stop and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

[TWO]
Some of my top fall must haves inspired by this look:

 [Boots] Betsy Johnson Riding Boots
[Scarf] Crochet Gallery Etsy Shop
[Shirt] Madwell Flannel
[Arm Candy] Fossil

[THREE]
This quote.  Words I try to live by.

[FOUR]
I hate to be that person that has multiple things from Pinterest on their Five on Friday rather than really having an awesome life, but really, work was too much this week to have a life outside of it.  Then, I saw this and it melted my heart and made it hurt a little at the same time, too. Thinking about my sweet boys and some of this (like being gone from work away too long) makes my heart hurt.

[FIVE]
My most popular blog entry to date:  What If We Have It All Wrong?

Now, this is the first time I am adding in this little link-up.  The song probably isn't a typical one for this link-up, but I adore Ray LaMontange's voice and the thought of this with a glass of wine in hand tonight equals perfection!

  7. i'm so with you on #1....my favorite time of the day is in the morning, after my workout when things are calm and i can sit down with my breakfast/coffee, read my blogs before the craziness of the day starts.

i also try and live by #3 too...like yesterday, there is a lady on my project who, to put it bluntly, is a total C**T and she was being all rude/bitchy but instead of going off on her (which i REALLY REALLY wanted to do), i bit my tongue and used my "why so mad? let's talk about this..." voice which not only made her look stupid (yay!) but calmed her down and even her teammates jumped in to diffuse the situation.

    glad I found your blog!

  8. Love this post! I'm a doggie mama and my baby is 16. I can't even read through a list like that knowing that my time is so limited at this point. Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday! I've added you to my reading list on Bloglovin'. Happy Saturday!
