Insta-Recap: Photography Edition
So, I got the camera, now what? You start learning how to use the damn thing, not just taking selfies with it!
P.S. I know you are probably thinking if you took those with that camera then they are not Instagram photos...wrong! I uploaded them onto Instagram to get advice and opinions. Touche (< How do you get the little ' thingy above the e?)
These were all taken in manual mode with natural lighting, so I am pretty proud that they even came out in focus (well, the parts that I wanted...I played with focusing some elements and not others). Yes, I look at them and already see things I should have done differently, like turning up the f-stop/f-number and then just zooming in during editing. Like I said I am learning...and Kayne is being tortured.

Great pictures! I just got a new camera that has a manual mode and I haven't done a thing with it. lol.

Is it bad that I have your camera's little sister and I've yet to take it off auto? ooops!
ReplyDeleteGet the Nikon 50mm 1.8f lense. It's only $110 or so on amazon and oh my god, amazing. :) That's what I take most of my infant/newborn photos with and I get so so many compliments.
