Shred Head?!

Okay, first things first, I am asking the question that so many have before me...Can I be a Shred Head?

I have most recently been posting about my quest to become a runner, but after suffering some knee pain it was decided the pounding the pavement needed to be put on the back burner...for now (I will run a half-marathon).

So, instead of throwing in the towel I decided to do the 30 Day Shred.

I blogged about it last week, but really just ended up doing the DVD 3 times and kinda getting a feel for the program.  So, here it is...my official start pictures.  I shutter at these for multiple reasons, but please notice my hair.  I mean really?  I took these before straightening it...sorry.

Here is me and Jillian just pounding it out...Or at least this is how I feel with all those skinny bishes in workout videos!

These next pictures are also equally bad.  My husband needs lessons with an iPhone.  Next week, starting on Wednesday I plan to start posting one outfit from my week.  I feel that when I am trying to lose weight I get in such a rut sometimes of not trying.  I love, love, love clothes.  So, here is to wearing the clothes that I love during the weight loss as well as after...it just might be a link-up with A Fluffy Girl called "Working Girl Wednesday".  You can share outfits, hair, make-up...anything that would be work appropriate (this girl needs inspiration).
